Mutual trust, predictability, honesty and a straightforward approach in everything we do, both internally and externally– these are values that are firmly established at Wucato. In addition to compliance with regulations and legislation, this requires our employees to adopt a corresponding mindset. It is our goal to promote this mindset.
Concrete rules of behavior have been prepared on the basis of corporate values that are summarized in the Würth Group’s Code of Compliance. The Code of Conduct defines requirements for the daily actions of employees and helps the entire Group to make decisions in its day-to-day work in accordance with the law and the Würth Group's culture of values.

Our Code of Compliance represents our commitment to treat each other with integrity, along with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Third-party tip-offs often lead to white-collar crime being revealed and resolved. As a result, the Würth Group has set up a system that allows third parties to report suspected criminal acts and other serious compliance violations. This web-based tool is called the BKMS System (Business Keeper Monitoring System).
You can submit your report via the system either providing your name or anonymously. As we strive to ensure open communication, however, we encourage you to give your name. We will handle all of the information with strict confidentiality and take into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.
Please note that the sole purpose of the BKMS system is to flag up cases of white-collar crime or serious compliance violations within the Würth Group. Any misuse of this system for other purposes can constitute a criminal offense.
